The negative consequences of plagiarism
Plagiarism
is when you present someone else's words or ideas as your own. Plagiarism has
several negative consequences on students. First of all, the plagiarists face disciplinary action with the dean of student’s office; for example, when they broke the rules, they could face severe penalties. Next, plagiarism
underlines their education and even their career; for instance, if they cheat, they rob themselves of a learning opportunity and make themselves less prepared;
moreover, they can effectively end a career. Then, plagiarism is an obstacle to
improve their skills and have a lack of knowledge, because when students plagiarize someone else's job, it means they lose a very important
opportunity to improve their writing skills and the ability of thinking.
To sum up, these are some consequences which plagiarists face on their educational lives.
